We are currently looking for Customer Support Operators to join an international project, with on-site work based in London and collaboration across the London market.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via livechat, email, phone or social media platforms
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, selecting and explaining the best solution
Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support
Experience working with international teams
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Mandatory knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Urdu, Nepali, Bengali, Sinhala, or Tami
Strong attention to detail, resilience, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Confident Excel skills; experience with customer support platforms and reporting tools is a plus
