You’ll take ownership of an established veterinary territory and be trusted to grow it by selling new products into existing practices. You won’t be micromanaged, but you will be coached, supported, and held to a high standard. This is a sales role for someone who wants to win, develop their patch, and build a serious career in the equine industry. What you’ll be doing Growing sales within an existing base of veterinary practices Introducing and successfully selling new products across vet practices Building strong relationships with vets, nurses, and practice teams Identifying needs and translating product benefits into practical, everyday language Hitting clear activity and revenue targets Attending veterinary practice meetings, CPD events, and industry events (some early starts/evenings with notice) You’ll typically spend around 12 days a month in the field, with the rest of your time in the Horndean office driving follow-up, telesales, and team activity. Internal sales will support your diary and admin so you can focus on selling. About the business We supply equine products through the veterinary channel and own two strong industry brands: Hestevard (equine nutrition) and Haygain (healthy feeding and forage management). What we’re looking for You’ll be a solid field sales rep with: Experience in equine, veterinary, or closely related sales Confidence presenting to vets and practice teams Experience working to sales targets A growth mindset – curious, coachable, and commercially switched on Smart.
