Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ascot for a Design Consultant. The Design Consultant will assist clients by understanding their needs and creating personalised kitchen and furniture designs. Responsibilities include leading consultations, preparing design proposals, collaborating with clients to finalise selections, and supporting the sales process. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, coordinating with the installation and project management teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Interior Design and knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings
* Proficiency in Customer Service and proven experience in building client relationships
* Demonstrated abilities in Sales, with the capability to guide clients through the design‑to‑purchase process
* Excellent communication, organisation, and project coordination skills
* Knowledge of kitchen and fitted furniture design is a plus
* Relevant certifications or degrees in design or related fields are advantageous
* Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced team environment
