* Supporting a strong risk culture across the business.
* Develop, implement and maintain an enterprise risk framework.
* Directly involvement reporting to the CRO, the Board and Risk Committees.
* Proactive in seeking efficiencies and improve risk management across the firm.
* Support the Risk & Compliance SLT in their oversight and reporting of risks.
* Engage with peers in other firms for mutual support and sharing of best practice.
* Prepare training and mentoring to the existing Risk team.
We would expect the individual to come with at least 5-7 years experience working in Operational/Enterprise Risk and a demonstrable ability to design, implement and embed risk frameworks with financial services institutions.
