Core Operations
As part of Yopa's Core Operations, our mission is to support and ensure efficient business operation, meet customer and stakeholder demands, identify root causes of issues, unlock operational efficiencies, improve processes, and maintain strong controls.
The Role
We seek an Operations Administrator to support our operational processes for Agents and Stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of Agents, including issuing contracts and verifying compliance requirements.
2. Conduct audits and monitor Agent compliance with registrations, insurance, and The Property Ombudsman standards.
3. Manage and update databases, ensuring data accuracy.
4. Support finance tasks such as processing payments and tracking outstanding balances.
5. Collaborate with the Operations team and other stakeholders to provide support.
6. Communicate with third-party partners to ensure service levels are met.
7. Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
About You

Additional Details
Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum
Location: Remote, with occasional travel within the UK for team events and training.
