What’s on the plate:
As Head Chef, you will craft delicious, balanced, and innovative menus that impress and inspire, overseeing staff dining and hospitality catering, ensuring excellence in every aspect.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading kitchen operations proactively and hands-on
* Designing and delivering high-quality food meeting client expectations
* Driving food innovation aligned with sustainability and health trends
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and COSHH regulations
* Managing budgets, costs, and stock efficiently
* Coaching and inspiring the kitchen team
