Pertemps are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Administrator to support and enhance the Quality Management System in a manufacturing environment in West Bromwich. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations and ISO standards while supporting continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage QMS documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, records). Create, revise, and control quality documents to meet regulatory and internal standards. Coordinate internal and external audits and track outcomes, ensuring corrective actions are completed. Support audits with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies. Assist in implementing new procedures, standards, and updates to reflect legislation changes. Experience & Qualifications: 1 year in quality administration or document control. Knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential (ISO 14001/22000 is a plus) ISO 9001:2015 Auditor qualification preferred but not required. Skills & Attributes: Highly organised with strong time management. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
