Responsibilities
* Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and team members using excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
* Organise work schedules efficiently to meet project deadlines and optimise productivity
* Assist with merchandising activities where applicable, ensuring displays are accurate and appealing
* Utilise basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
* Upsell additional services or products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
* Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
* Maintain a high standard of organisation within the workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Experience
* Proven communication skills with an emphasis on clear verbal and written interaction
* Experience in merchandising or retail environments is beneficial but not essential
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Knowledge of basic maths for measurements and calculations required for trade activities
* Familiarity with upselling techniques and customer service best practices is desirable
