About The Role
We are recruiting for Administrator to work in our quartz department at our factory in Barton-upon-Humber. The candidate will work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 06:00 -14:30. Main responsibilities:
1. Handle administrative requests and queries from manager
2. Provide general support to Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders
3. Provide information by answering questions and requests
4. Generate reports for management KPIs and other specific reports,
5. Assist with HR functions (such as note taking for Investigation / Disciplinary Meetings)
6. Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests / sickness etc.
7. Daily reporting of free issues from departments
8. Work closely with Supervisors to ensure all departmental performance reports are completed in a timely manner, highlighting any issues to management
9. Provide general administrative support within the department

10. Ability to work on own initiative
11. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
12. Excellent communication and organisational skills
13. Previous experience in an administration function
14. Excellent attention to detail
