About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking Secondary School in Oldham. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and a commitment to inspiring students to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons tailored to students of varying abilities.
* Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and academic achievement.
* Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to boost student engagement.
* Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and whole-school activities.

Requirements
* A degree in Science, Education, or a related field.
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Experience teaching Science at the Secondary level is preferred.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and a genuine passion for education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
