Are you passionate about training staff who work within our Adults Social Care services?
Do you have extensive experience of working in social care completing care assessments and a detailed understanding of the Care Act 2014?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Workforce Development Officer with experience in assessing adults care and support needs under the Care Act 2014 to deliver a range of learning opportunities that directly support the Adult Social Care sector. If you enjoy helping people to learn, develop and improve their practice, this could be a great opportunity for you.
You will be part of a multifunctional team delivering learning programmes, collaborating with sector specialists in Adult Social Care Services.
The work will be demanding with the requirement for research, creativity and innovation to help drive the implementation of existing and new programmes but equally rewarding to be part of a team supporting the development of a highly skilled adult social care workforce.
