About Novar Network
Novar Network is a youth-led social startup and policy-focused non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people with a seat and a voice in shaping the policies that impact their lives. Originating as a student initiative at the University of Birmingham, Novar is rapidly growing into a global network of youth changemakers. We are still in our early stages, building foundational systems and expanding our reach, with great potential to influence youth participation in policy and diplomacy worldwide.

* Lead and coordinate multiple departments, ensuring collaboration and operational effectiveness.
* Drive innovation in digital communications, outreach, and partnerships.
* Manage recruitment and onboarding of volunteers and team members.
* Represent Novar Network in external meetings and partnerships.
* Support the creation of scalable systems for sustainable growth.
Candidate Profile:
* Passion and dedication to youth empowerment and policy are more important than formal leadership experience.
* Comfortable working in a fast-evolving startup environment and adaptable to change.
* Strong digital skills including website management and online communications.
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
* Enthusiasm for contributing hands-on to build and grow a social enterprise from the ground up.
