Hertfordshire FA have a rare opportunity for a Chief Executive Officer to join their team.

The offices are based in Letchworth, at The County Ground, and consist of a 3G stadia pitch, comfortable office space with onsite Café services. The offices are also within walking distance of Letchworth Town Centre and train station.
1. Position: Chief Executive Officer
2. Contract Type: Permanent
3. Hours: 35 hours per week, including some evening and weekend work throughout the season
4. Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
5. Based: Hertfordshire FA, Letchworth (with Hybrid working available)
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible to hold this role at Hertfordshire FA.
The CEO is responsible for providing visionary leadership and clear strategic direction for the Hertfordshire Football Association, driving the growth, sustainability, and integrity of grassroots football across the county.
In this role, the CEO leads the organisation in delivering the national game strategy set by The Football Association, while adapting initiatives to meet the specific needs and opportunities of local communities.
The position calls for a dynamic and collaborative leader who can effectively increase participation, strengthen governance, build and maintain strategic partnerships, and secure the long-term financial sustainability of the HFA.
