Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CAD Engineer based in Aylesbury. The CAD Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing accurate technical drawings and specifications for electrical installation projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and modifying CAD designs, collaborating with project engineers to meet client requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves communicating with team members and clients to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in CAD software and the ability to create detailed technical drawings and layouts.
* Understanding of electrical systems and installations, and knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail in technical designs and specifications.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project engineers and clients.
* Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Previous experience in electrical or construction industries is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
