Retail Supervisor Apprentice in Nuneaton Bermuda Park

This isn’t your average store job. Many of our Senior Managers started on the shop floor, making this a great opportunity to gain valuable skills for the future. You’ll learn about the business, relationship building, self-motivation, and more, preparing you for a range of career paths within Toolstation or the wider Travis Perkins group.
You’ll be a permanent team member, supporting the Store Manager as a Supervisor while studying towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Building relationships: As the face of Toolstation, you’ll create excellent customer relationships.
Motivating: Support your team and foster a positive store culture.
You’ll also take the lead on:
* Sales and service: Growing sales through repeat customers and brand loyalty.
* Stock and process: Ensuring customers find the products they need, encouraging repeat business.
What you'll bring
* Hard work and passion: No retail experience needed. You should be over 18 and have experience as a supervisor or team leader, with a passion for people.
* Energy and curiosity: A desire to learn quickly and work hard. We’ll teach you the rest.
