Purpose of the Role
* Assist the Head of ICT and ICT Support Supervisor in providing effective ICT services globally.
* Propose and implement improvements to the ICT infrastructure worldwide.
* Provide technical support to all users, resolving network, hardware, and software issues.
* Maintain documentation of support activities and manage support tickets.
* Support and expand office network infrastructure and monitor critical ICT resources.
* Support end users with hardware, software, and device issues.
* Participate in a rotating 24/7 support duty roster.
Qualities We Look For
* 1-2 years of relevant experience supporting business IT.
* Experience supporting Windows 10/11 workstations.
* Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+.
