We are currently seeking candidates for our Countywide Review Team, South Locality Team and Vale Locality Team.
About the role
We are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for working with people.
You will use a strength-based approach to create opportunities and build resilience so that people live their lives as independently as possible. We work with a wide range of individuals and the ability to adapt and adjust your approach will be a key skill.
You will receive supervision, support and training opportunities to ensure you have the skills required. We actively encourage opportunities to enhance your skills so opportunities for job swaps, rotation or secondments are available and we will create and review a personal development plan with you.
You should have the ability to travel to and access a variety of premises across Oxfordshire. The teams work across the County and staff are expected to work agilely utilising offices bases and working from home. Offices are available in Banbury, Bicester, Oxford, Abingdon and Witney.
About you
You will require creative problem-solving skills as well as an ability to demonstrate accurate and clear recording. You will be able to work efficiently when faced with complex situations and seek advice and direction from others to work competently with members of the public.
You will be able to communicate well with staff, members of the public and other professionals and organisations you will be working with. You will be developing strong relationships with them to get the best outcomes for residents of Oxfordshire.
You will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to challenge the status quo and develop innovative solutions.
