Overview

Traffic Office Administrator - Nutts Corner

Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts available: 6:00am - 3:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm (40 hours per week)

Fantastic opportunity to join a global logistics company at their main headquarters based in Nutts Corner.


Responsibilities

* Perform administrative and coordination tasks for logistics and front-line operations.
* Enter, validate, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
* Support dispatch, trace, and sort activities as required.
* Investigate and resolve operational issues or exceptions using internal systems.
* Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
* Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy across all systems.
* Provide general office support, including documentation, scheduling, and filing.


Qualifications

* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and data systems.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
* Previous experience in logistics or administration is preferred.
* Due to the location, a full driving licence and access to transport are essential.
