Hull City Council is seeking to appoint a Project Liaison Officer within the Energy Efficiency and Regeneration Team to support the delivery of housing regeneration and energy efficiency programmes across the city.
The postholder will act as a key point of contact for residents, landlords, contractors, and partner agencies throughout the delivery of capital refurbishment works. Duties will include managing day-to-day queries and complaints, assisting in the preparation of resident correspondence, supporting consultations and engagement activity, and contributing to the effective delivery of site-based operations.
The role also involves maintaining accurate project records and documentation, monitoring outputs, and supporting internal reporting and administration systems to ensure programme compliance.
Applicants should have experience working with residents and local communities, delivering clear communications, and supporting the delivery of programmes or projects within a multi-agency environment. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting is essential.
