This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading and highly regarded Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor based in the Dartford area.
Specialising in commercial and office fit-out projects, they provide full M&E solutions from initial design through to commissioning, with project values ranging from £100k to £5m.
The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of prestigious projects, our client is now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their Mechanical operations team.

Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical works across a range of commercial projects. From planning through to handover, you will lead site operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the mechanical delivery of projects
* Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe, efficient execution
* Monitor budgets, project timelines, and quality control
* Collaborate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams
* Maintain regular client communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Contracts Manager, or similar role within the building services sector
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or building services / mechanical engineering degree)
