The Role
We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Operations Executive to join our growing team and bring executional excellence across product onboarding, listing optimization, campaign setup, and performance monitoring.
You will be the engine behind the scenes — ensuring shops are not just set up, but primed to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Fully manage TikTok Shop setup: from product listings to shipping and fulfillment configurations (FBT, Shopify sync, etc.)
* Handle creator sample requests with speed and accuracy
* Track and optimize listing performance (title, images, SEO, pricing)
* Monitor shop health daily and resolve policy violations or order issues fast
* Execute flash sales, campaign opt-ins, and creator promo setup
* Coordinate closely with affiliate and ad teams to align shop updates with growth strategy
* Be the brand’s backstage operator — keeping everything moving without errors, delays, or excuses
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years in ecom ops or marketplace coordination (TikTok Shop a massive plus)
* Obsessive attention to detail and documentation
* A proactive mindset: if something breaks, you fix it before it becomes a problem
* Excellent time management — can handle 4–6 brands at once without slipping
* Fast learner, tech-savvy (Shopify, Google Sheets, Figma, etc.)
* Strong communication and accountability. We don’t chase people here.
* Hunger to grow fast inside a high-performance environment
Bonus Points If You...
* Have experience with TikTok Shop backend
* Have worked at an agency or with multiple brands simultaneously
* Understand how listings, creators, and ads all connect to drive GMV
* Have built or improved SOPs before
* Can move like a startup operator, not a corporate processor
