What you'll be doing:
* Building and developing the in-house finance function from the ground up
* Taking ownership of management accounts and financial reporting
* Getting hands-on with transactional finance duties when needed
* Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and controls

* Strong, proven experience in a similar all-round finance role
