What Youll Be Doing as Home Manager; Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care Providing guidance, clinical oversight, and ongoing training to colleagues Conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans Ensuring compliance with all legislation, safety procedures, and internal policies Creating a positive, inclusive environment where residents feel valued and supported Championing independence, choice, and wellbeing for every individual in the home Carrying out quality assurance checks and working to exceed regulatory expectations Setting a clear vision for the home and promoting a culture of continuous improvement What Were Looking For To be successful, youll bring strong leadership skills and a solid background in managing within a care home environment.
