Shipping & Export Administrator (Ongoing Contract)

BMR Solutions are working in partnership with a leading advanced manufacturing business in Clevedon to recruit a Shipping & Export Administrator on an ongoing contract basis.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and compliant shipment of systems, upgrades and spare parts worldwide. You’ll act as a central coordination point across the factory, supporting logistics, calibration, and stock visibility.
The Role
* Ensure all systems, upgrades, and spares are shipped daily in line with business requirements
* Liaise with shipping partners to secure capacity and meet deadlines
* Coordinate and support the calibration process across the site
* Continuously review and improve processes in collaboration with internal teams
* Track systems held in offsite storage and support customer communication
* Identify and escalate shipping cost issues, driving resolution
* Support general logistics and administrative activities as required
What We’re Looking For
* Previous administration experience (logistics/export environment desirable)
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Important Requirement:
Due to aviation security regulations, you must be able to provide a full 5-year work history and references to meet Known Consignor requirements.

Location
