Position: Lead Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Southwark, London
Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic Salary + Private Medical Insurance

We are seeking a qualified electrical supervisor with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial/residential environments. This role is 40% hands off & 60% hands on but still requires the candidate to be technically strong.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
* Conduct RAMS & keep logbooks up to date
* Computer literate
* Client facing skills to communicate with the client
* Technical knowledge in Facilities Maintenance
* Two-man site but treat security staff and catering as part of the team
Package & Benefits
* Competitive basic salary of up to £50,000

* Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
* Large amounts of overtime available
* Callout frequency is 1 in every 2 weeks
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (goes up to 28 days)
Requirements
* Level 3 & 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
* Previous experience as a time-served lead or supervisor.
* 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environment.
* Qualified in Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
* Paying up to £50,000 P/A, private medical insurance & other company related benefits.
