We are working with a busy law firm in Belfast to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their support team to work US hours. What You'll Do: Support month-end and year-end processes Ensure invoices, payments, and expenses are processed correctly and on time Check financial data for accuracy and consistency Assist with the preparation and processing of financial statements and client accounts Update and maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel Provide general administrative support to the finance team Contribute to improving systems and processes where possible Work a US shift pattern 2pm-10pm What You'll Need: 6 months experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role Strong IT skills, especially Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables an advantage) Good attention to detail with a methodical approach Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A team player with a proactive approach What You'll Get: Competitive salary package Training and career development opportunities Supportive and professional working environment Pension and company benefits
