Job Description
CompanyWe are working with a directly authorised broker based in Guildford. They are an award winning firm that cover all types of mortgage and commercial finance. They are searching for a mortgage advisor to join their small team on a self employed basis. You will have access to pre-qualified leads and get full admin support once you have settled in.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;
* Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates
* Stay updated on mortgage products, policies, and regulations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
* Work towards KPIs and other targets
Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;
* At least 1 year experience as a mortgage advisor
* Fully CeMAP qualified
* Must be able to manage own workload and stay organised
