Job Description
* Leading & Developing Teams - Managing and mentoring operational teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Process Improvement - Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive best practices.
* Health & Safety Compliance - Ensuring all operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Customer Focus - Working closely with clients to maintain service excellence and exceed expectations.
* Financial & Budgetary Control - Managing costs and ensuring operational profitability.
* Sustainability & Innovation - Driving initiatives to improve environmental impact and operational sustainability.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven operational leadership experience within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
* Strong understanding of lean methodologies, process improvement, and cost control.
* A hands-on management approach with the ability to drive engagement and performance.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry compliance.
* Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
* The ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.
