Job Description: Business Finance Consultant - Midlands Based
Lily Head Finance are Specialist UK Healthcare business consultants and finance brokers with a strong presence in primary care sectors such as Dentistry.
Our market leading financial modelling tools, top quartile operating process and a custom designed client relationship management system allows us to offer a differentiated service to the ambitious SME.
Opportunity: Following a period of rapid growth since our entering the market in 2020 the business is recruiting a Business Finance Consultant to help deliver a further step up in transaction activity. This role offers scope to work in a specialist niche sector and become a subject matter expert, but we would also be interested to hear from anyone who has demonstrated knowledge, professional connections and experience of deal origination in other business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* A strong emphasis on Lead Generation, maximising the potential within our existing contact database.
* Providing Transaction Support on live cases, liaising with clients, their professional advisers and our Tier1 Lending Panel to ensure timely drawdown of funds.
* Build, manage and grow existing and new professional partnerships within the professional services community.
* Personal deal management of sub £500k debt cases, asset finance opportunities, and squat practice finance. Full training, and close support from the existing team will be provided.
Experience:
* A strong background in account management/client facing roles. We are passionate about unlocking opportunities for entrepreneurs and helping them grow their businesses.
* A general background in sale/purchase transaction activity, gained working for a financial institution or a top-tier broker/consultancy, plus some knowledge of the dental sector and/or other healthcare sub-sectors would be an advantage.
* An ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business and professional service companies aligned to our market sectors.
* A collegiate and enthusiastic team player, passionate about professional self-development, and keen to expand their business knowledge.
Other Requirements:
* Eligible to work full time in the UK.
* Business Location - Midlands
* Full time role - office based 2 days per week(Warwickshire)
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Proficient User of MS Office applications.
Renumeration Package:
* Basic salary is a minimum of £30,000 pa, commensurate with experience.
* Open-ended commission scheme.
