About Us: Based in Sturminster Newton, they are an award-winning and well-established contractor delivering projects valued up to £5M across Dorset, Somerset, BANES, Wiltshire, and parts of Hampshire.
The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in water/wastewater, civil engineering, and earthworks to join our team at our Head Office in Sturminster Newton.
Take full ownership and responsibility for each contract.
Prepare resourced cost plans and programmes prior to project commencement.
Promote best practices across financial management, Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and engineering processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support and guidance to site teams, ensuring adherence to company procedures throughout project delivery.
Valid CSCS card.
Full, current UK driving licence.
Experience Required: We are looking for someone with significant experience managing all aspects of civil engineering projects, including pipelines, drainage, concrete works, piling, earthworks, utilities, and river works. Strong site management experience and the ability to manage budgets and programmes are essential, along with excellent communication skills for liaising and negotiating with client representatives at senior levels.
