Pay rate is £18.38 per hour PAYE
Small batch CNC turning work for high-quality transmission components for use in motorsport and aerospace.
Requirements
* Experience working on CNC Lathes, such as:
o Victor Turn II 26 HD
o Leadwell LTC 25iL with Siemens 828D
o Doosan Puma GT3100
* Familiarity with Fanuc controls is essential(knowledge of Siemens controls is advantageous)
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and planning route cards
* Ability to read, understand, and edit CNC programmes, including adjusting speeds and feeds xsngvjr as necessary
* Working knowledge of turning tips and their correct applications
Desirable
* Experience operating a small manual lathe and/or Harrison Alpha 400 Plus NC lathe.
