7. Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
8. Technical experience in UK drainage standards, including SuDS.
9. Ability to use and review outputs from drainage modelling software (MicroDrainage or Causeway Flow) and competence in hydraulic design principles.
10. Experience developing outline business cases and funding applications for FDGIA or similar.
11. Proven track record in project and construction delivery, working with design teams on flood risk reduction schemes.
12. Experience delivering flood resilience and property-level protection schemes.
13. Ability to work in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams producing high-standard deliverables.
14. Experience in client-facing environments, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders.
15. Development of mutually beneficial external stakeholder relationships.
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
17. Previous HS2-related experience.
18. Chartered status or near achievement.
19. A full UK driving license.
