Customer Team Leader
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Customer Team Members, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the success of our store.
Job Description:
The Customer Team Leader will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, and deputising for the Store Manager when needed. You will also be responsible for delivering great customer service, maintaining a safe and legal environment, and managing stock accuracy.
* Friendly and thoughtful service: You will give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful, and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* Team leadership: You will develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Store operations: You will ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, including managing diligence checks and stock accuracy.
* Support functions: You will support your Store Manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
* Change management: You will lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
* Community engagement: You will build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
