Job Overview
We are seeking an Administrator to join our Jersey office. This role involves responding to customer inquiries promptly, supporting sales and service teams through accurate data entry and system management, and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Run system reports for new orders and back orders.
2. Place stock orders with manufacturers via online systems, ensuring accuracy in items and pricing.
3. Manage supplier communications regarding stock delivery and update systems with back order details.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
5. Resolve invoice queries from manufacturers and distributors.
6. Answer queries about stock availability and order status.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
9. Manage data accuracy in the Apogee Remote Management Application.
10. Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or Zoom.
11. Monitor and update customer service portals.
12. Log support and consumable requests.
13. Maintain regular reports in Excel.
14. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication.
