Due to our success, we have exciting opportunities in our Banking and Insurance sector – no previous experience necessary.
Start Dates: Aug/Sept 2025
* Salary: £12.85 per hour
* Location: Work From Home
* Training: 6 weeks
* Contract: Permanent
Additional requirements include the right to work in the UK, criminal record check, credit check, and other associated checks.
Please note: No time off or holiday requests are allowed during training or the first few weeks afterward.
Skills needed to be a Customer Service Representative:
* A professional, polite, and courteous telephone manner
* Ability to deliver excellent service with an outgoing nature
* Good listening skills with empathy, patience, and understanding
* Confidence and proactivity in handling difficult situations
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Drive to achieve targets
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels
* Problem-solving skills to support and resolve customer queries
* Knowledge of client’s processes and products to support customers effectively
