Senior Pensions Administrator - Hybrid
Locations: Belfast
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing the administration of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes
2. Acting as a key point of contact for scheme members, trustees, and third parties
3. Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior administrators
4. Handling complex pension calculations, scheme wind-ups, and GMP reconciliations
5. Managing ad-hoc and annual pension projects
6. Attending Trustee meetings and providing expert guidance
7. Ensuring compliance with UK pension legislation, regulations, and codes of practice

What They're Looking For:
✔ 3+ years' experience in DB pension administration
✔ Strong technical pensions knowledge and understanding of UK pensions legislation
✔ Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pensions administration systems
✔ A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
