Join Us as a Supply Chain Manager – UKCS Regional Civils
Location: National Role Covering England & Wales
Reports to: UKCS Regional Civils Head of Procurement
Are you ready to lead strategic supply chain initiatives across high-value subcontracted trades? We’re looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our UKCS Regional Civils Procurement Team and help shape the future of our supply chain strategy.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a robust Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy aligned with business goals and sustainability objectives.
* Lead a Strategic Supplier Management Programme, driving performance and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a category-led approach to supply chain and subcontractor relationship management.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation through pipeline consolidation.
* Champion the use of digital tools for analytics and reporting.
* Build and maintain a preferred subcontractor network, ensuring compliance and engagement across the business.
* Communicate key updates and initiatives through a clear and engaging strategy.
What we’re looking for
* A relevant business degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
* Proven track record in negotiation, influencing, and exceeding targets.
* Experience in Category Management and subcontractor engagement.
* Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident presentation abilities.
* A pragmatic, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
