Job Title: Registered Manager – Operational Lead

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about delivering exceptional care to young adults? If so, Liquid Personnel is looking for an Operational Lead for its client at Blackpool to manage a specialist residential service supporting 16–25-year-olds with complex needs, including mental health challenges, learning disabilities and complex healthcare requirements.
This is a unique and rewarding role that combines Registered Manager responsibilities with broader operational leadership across a dynamic and evolving service. You will play a vital role in driving regulatory excellence, developing staff, and achieving impactful care outcomes.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
1. Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance with care standards across all homes.
2. Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality support to young adults with emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs.
3. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and daily operations.
4. Drive occupancy, performance, and quality assurance throughout the service.
5. Build strong relationships with professionals, commissioners, and families.
6. Effectively manage resources, staffing rotas, and budgets.
7. Promote a culture of learning, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
8. Proven experience managing in a CQC-registered care setting.
9. Qualified to Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care.
10. Strong skills in team leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
11. Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
