Daily Duties
* Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and consultant teams
* Manage project teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high design standards
* Drive and support business development activities, including winning new work
* Oversee BIM/Revit coordination and project outputs
* Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members
* Ensure all designs meet healthcare regulations and best practice standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Technician (ARB/ CIAT)
* Minimum of 5:10 years experience working exclusively within the healthcare sector
* Strong background across primary, secondary, and acute care projects
* Proven experience in a client:facing and leadership role
* Proficiency in Revit/BIM is highly desirable
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercial awareness, with an interest or experience in business development
* Flexible in location, with willingness to travel or contribute to regional growth
