Job summary
The Inpatient Admin Team are looking to recruit a Clinical Services Lead Administrator to support this busy team. The role will link closely with the Modern Matron, Ward Managers as well as additional ward staff and will involve line management responsibility.
They will provide administrative support, including diary and email management, arranging meetings, taking minutes and collating performance data for the wards.
We are looking for someone who is organised, able to work to deadlines with strong IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages. The post holder will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and have confidence in communicating with staff at all levels within the organisation.
As a team player, they will be able to prioritise their own work in order to meet deadlines and be able to work with autonomy.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support to the Modern Matron and the Ward staff including:
1. Performance data/reports
2. Administering management level meetings
3. Monitoring KPIs
4. Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
5. Creating rotas
6. Management of B3 Administrators
