Candidate Profile
* Passionate about putting people first
* Organizational and time management skills
* Understanding of CQC regulations
* Excellent communication skills for team coordination
* NVQ in Health and Social Care (a plus)
* Willing to participate in on-call duties
Daily Responsibilities
* Coordinate care delivery using our scheduling system
* Adapt to schedule changes and client needs
* Ensure staff attend meetings, supervisions, and training
* Collaborate with Service Managers and Complex Case Managers
* Maintain regular contact with clients and ensure person-centered care
* Record concerns, complaints, and compliments
* Participate in on-call duties on a rotating basis
