The Vacancy
Salary: NJC Grade C: £24,790 - £25,584 FTE (pro-rata to hours and weeks worked)
Working Pattern: Part-time, permanent position, 7.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, starting September 2025. Hours are on Mondays, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Receptionist to join our administrative team.
The School Receptionist will be a dynamic and supportive individual, playing a vital role in the smooth daily operation of the school. As the first point of contact for parents, staff, and students, the successful candidate will handle various day-to-day matters with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. The role is fast-paced and busy, with frequent phone inquiries, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.
The ideal candidate must be an excellent team player, possess excellent communication skills, and remain calm under pressure. If you can work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, and are committed to our values and ethos, we would love to hear from you.
