You'll support customers in managing their income, accessing benefits, and sustaining their tenancies. Key Responsibilities Customer Account Management: Take responsibility for a patch of customer accounts, working towards positive financial outcomes. Customer Support: Offer guidance on income collection, benefits, and income maximisation. Income Recovery: Lead proactive efforts to recover income and meet agreed targets. Data Monitoring and Analysis: Track income performance and use data insights to improve outcomes. What We're Looking For Housing Sector Experience: A background in income-related roles within housing is essential. Strong Communication Skills: Able to engage clearly and confidently with customers and stakeholders. Target-Oriented: Motivated by achieving results and performance objectives.
