What you will do
- Manage a caseload of children on Child in Need and Child Protection Plans, focusing on their safety and well‑being.
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans that are in the best interest of the child.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and protection services.
- Engage in court work for both private and public law cases, ensuring clear communication and reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision‑making processes while keeping children at the forefront.
- Conduct direct visits and organize meetings as required, catering to the unique needs of each case.
