We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Team Leader to join a growing 3PL logistics operation in Swindon.
This role is ideal for someone currently working in a warehouse operative, forklift driver, or logistics role who is ready to take the next step into team leadership.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation
* Ensuring accurate order picking and dispatch
* Completing warehouse paperwork and stock checks
* Carrying out quality control checks (QC)
* Promoting health & safety standards
* Operating forklift trucks (Counterbalance/Flexi)
* Assisting the Shift Manager and leadership team
What Were Looking For:
1. Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance or Flexi)
