Your role will be to assist with daily tasks throughout all departments within the administration team. Managing your own case load Checking for clerical errors Validation of documents Posting out documents Dealing with external Government departments Updating client & department files Managing and updating your clients Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in administration Able to access a database Great at communication Great phone etiquette Great organisational skills This is a full-time role of 37.5 hour per week, with flexible daily working hours, Monday to Friday.
