About Us:
Avon Lee Lodge in Christchurch is a homely, family run residential care home situated in Christchurch on the edge of the New Forest. We are looking for a Bank/Zero Hours member of staff who can pick up any/all of our weekly holiday and sickness cover. We can offer a minimum of 18 hours per week but will likely be closer to 36 hours per week.
We are unable at this time to offer Sponsorship.
Our care home benefits from close Director supervision who are on site and on hand regularly, we understand this is the only way to ensure quality in a residential setting.
Our adaptive and responsive nature to our clients needs is essential in the provision of providing a personalised care service.

Your Responsibilities would Include:
* Assist our residents with their requirements throughout the day
* Light kitchen and cleaning duties
* Administration of medication
* Input care notes using our App based systems
* Contacting families, care professionals and management to help provide the best possible care where required
* Assisting management and day staff with the continuity of care
Our Requirements are:
* Maturity and empathy with our client group
* Good timekeeping skills
* Ability to work on self initiative
* Must have a professional attitude
* Must have a caring nature
* Must be able to commute to Burton in Christchurch BH23 7JU
* Able to work our shift patterns on working days (8am - 2pm) and /or (2pm - 8pm) for Day Carers
* Must be flexible with shifts on offer
