37 hours per week, term time 40\nweeks
Fixed term until 31st July\n2027
We are looking\nfor a skilled professional with recent experience of working in\nyouth mental health, ideally in an education setting or experience\nof teaching young people under the age of 25.\n
Key aspects of the role\ninclude working with a wide variety of professional both internal\nand external to the College to support students. The role also\nincludes attending multi agency planning meetings with agencies\nsuch a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to\ndevise and implement collaborative actions plans to support\nlearners to access their education.\n
We are looking for an\nexcellent communicator, with experience of EHCPs (Education, Health\nand Care Plan), who will liaise with the team, support colleagues\nand take a leading role in working with partners on a multi-agency\nbasis.
You will need to\nhave excellent organisational skills as this role demands high\nlevels of coordination, attention to detail and record keeping.\nThere will be some evening\nwork.
