We’re looking for a proactive, technically strong accountant with a passion for client service and modern, digital ways of working. You’ll be ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 5 years’ experience in practice, confident managing your own client portfolio, and experienced in leading or mentoring others. You’ll also bring: Solid knowledge of FRS 102 and UK tax compliance Experience reviewing and finalising statutory accounts and CT600 returns Confidence in using digital accounting systems and driving efficiency through technology A collaborative, positive attitude and excellent communication skills Experience with international or cross-border clients (especially Swedish businesses) — an advantage What will your role look like? As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients and lead day-to-day operations across accounts, tax, and advisory. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing client relationships as the main point of contact Reviewing statutory accounts under FRS 102 and ensuring compliance Overseeing Corporation Tax returns and computations Leading, coaching, and developing team members and managing outsourced resources Advising clients on Corporation Tax, VAT, and international tax issues Driving digital workflow improvements and automation across the firm Supporting onboarding for new international clients entering the UK market Maintaining exceptional service standards and meeting deadlines consistently What’s next?
