This is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where speed, service and quality are everything., As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the Store Manager's right-hand person, running your own shifts and leading from the front. This is a hands-on role - you'll be making coffee, preparing food, supporting the team, and ensuring every customer has a great experience before heading to the gate.,
* Running shifts independently and confidently
* Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
* Delivering excellent customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
* Hands-on preparation of hand-crafted Costa coffee and food
* Leading, motivating and supporting the team on shift
* Maintaining speed, accuracy and quality during peak travel times
* Helping build repeat custom in a location that isn't immediately obvious

* Take-away only unit
* Modern store with:
+ 2 self-order kiosks + 1 till + 3 coffee machines
* Customers are typically on their way to flights, so efficiency and friendliness are key
Strong customer service and people skills
* Experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
* Confidence, ambition and a hands-on attitude
* Awareness and adaptability - this is a new opening, and we're learning as we go
* Someone who enjoys responsibility and leading a shift, DBS check
* Fire safety check
